"When presented with the opportunity to invest in a new company, I was quickly exposed to the world of franchising. With little knowledge and no experience in franchising what-so-ever, the franchise agreement and supporting documents seemed like a mine field of legal jargon. Struggling to understand the majority of the text, and although assured by the company the franchise agreement was in my favour, I knew it was only sensible to find an expert in the field who could advise on this. This is where I came across Michael from Low Cost Legal. I emailed numerous companies to request information and a figure for service , I found Michael to be prompt with his response and extremely informative. We had a conversation by telephone (as we were in different states) where he was able to give me some general advice and assure me I was in good hands. This is when I engaged his services. From the start, Michael was prompt and responsive. His service was never based on fee´s but more about the interest of his! This was very reassuring. He outlined all content within the contract he wasn’t happy with (and explained why) and liaised directly with the Franchisors Lawyers on my behalf. The whole experience was professional, personable and honest...attributes that are difficult to come by in this day and age. I also know that, if I ever needed any more questions answering, Michael would be more than happy to help! A big thank you to Michael and his Team...and for the patience when it came to the Franchisor´s Lawyers!
